Pros

Pros 1) Employees are very co-operative. 2) Located at a good place 3) Benefits are good.

Cons

1) Company is working on a outdated product which doesn't have any future. 2) QA teams doesn't follow proper test plan or test strategy. 3) They will take the interview for a position and they will give you offer for another position. After joining managers will give the tasks for a different role for which you were never interviewed or given offer. 4) Managers doesn't communicate well in 1:1 meetings.

Company contributes to 401k plan. All federal holidays are observed.

Cons

Upper management diversity does not match the local populace. NeoDirect division has not promoted anyone internally in the Carrollton office in the almost 3 years I've been there. Attrition continues to increase to include a Senior Director and two front line supervisors. This is an executive heavy, bureaucratic federal contractor company that is extremely slow to initiate effective change and improvements.

Location in downtown Seattle, Good benefits, competitive salary.

Cons

Unhealthy work environment in QA, implicit expectation of long work hours in Dev and QA, unsupportive management. High churn in QA. During my tenure three people out of 5 left QA due to conflict with one insecure but politically "connected" team lead. That person is still there.
