      Pros

      Been in Beanworks for over 2 years. The Growth and Career Advancement Opportunity is great. Salary is pretty high for Vancouver, Canada since we use p75. World class sales training. Great culture and Great people! Top notch leadership team.

      Tons of fast changes especially before acquisition so you do need to be able to adapt well.

      Started at the bottom as an entry level sales rep and became an account executive within a year which was promised when I began. Great culture and no pressure for missing quotas or targets Training every day to improve your skills and review your calls Free alcohol and snacks to keep you going
