      Pros

      A lot of growth in a lot of good ways. The R&D team is amazing. The Sales team has expanded to cover many new markets very well. The Marketing team is moving things forward. This is an exciting time for people willing to jump in and work hard! GMC is growing well after acquisition.

      Cons

      It is tough to manage communication with this many people moving this quickly. Keeping up with all of the new information is a challenge.

      Pros

      Smart, motivated, compassionate devs. World-class tech support. Competent marketing (as far as I can judge). Committed, intelligent, humane and experienced C-level mgmt. are doing a good job of growing market share, although into a shrinking market.

      Cons

      Bulk mailing is dying; the transition to primarily data-quality will be tough.
