      Relatively strong front line and mid level management in many areas and departments Relatively good benefits and a 401K with company match One major competitor Financially stable and in acquisition mode

      Executive team makes decisions strictly on numbers based on incorrect data Acquisitions are not integrated in a timely manner Multiple instances of dealer/direct channel conflict Low brand recognition compared to competitor

      Strong Product Offering; Solid pay and benefit package; great industry reputation; heading in a very different direction then our major competitor (Neopost up); Future looks very strong for the company!!

      Pros

      Worked with Good people for the most part. Gave me a chance to start my career.

      Cons

      No movement within company. In the process of down-sizing, I got out before the ship sank. Was told that senior managers at corporate know that they let "the good ones" go. Don't provide fair raises or benefits for good work. No matter how great you are you will get no more than 2% (if you're lucky) year over year. Taking many functions away from districts to corporate leaving huge gaps in client services leaving many frustrated customers.
