Pros

Paychecks came on time all the time

Cons

Too many to detail. Sales-- want to work for $8-11/hr? 72 hours a week with a 40 hour paycheck? How about expecting a $5000 sale every 3 days-- or you will be fired in 3 months. Shrinking business-- mail

Dying industry and management lacks integrity

Pros

The people there feel like family.

Cons

The bonus plan changes on a whim and it always hurts the employee's pockets. The management there are snakes. This is coming from someone that held a management position there. They micro-manage you to no end and have numbers to discuss the numbers. Aside from the people there, it's not somewhere you want to be. Oh, and the customer service side of the business is ghetto and extremely poor in service.

Great benefits, 401K, PTO, Good Salary, Opportunity to achieve winning a neoStar Award every month, everyone works together, company values.

Cons

Mailing industry is not doing good, software sales however are alot better, hard economy.
