      Pros

      Great training for new employees to become on-boarded fast. Great leadership in the region with a lot of support and investment into me as a new employee. Common sense processes and guidelines make it a pleasurable place to work.

      Cons

      APAC region is small and distributed, but there is a yearly get-together to mitigate this.

      Pros

      Great working atmosphere, where is normall when your boss supports you completely, co-workers help each other and you have lot´s of possibilities develop yourself. Working hours are flexible so it is just up to each employee, how he / she wants to set up a working time. Employee is supported to bring and share his / her ideas and it is not hard to realize them. Quadient isn´t bound by many processes as huge corporate companies are and at the same time provide safe and trusted environment (not like start-up companies). All Software Developers and IT specialist can work with latest technologies and thay can turn new ideas into reality. In a nutshell - Strongly recommend.

      Cons

      Thanks to rapid grow some employees already have feeling that they are bound by procedures and unnecessary administration. No other "Cons" in my mind.

      Very nice company culture and friendly atmoshere

      Pros

      - space for innovations - every new idea is welcomed - working with newest technologies - friendly and very open company culture - open door policy - work-life balance

      Cons

      extremely fast growing company - it brings challenges and some difficulties. Except this I dont see any other big cons
