Very International environment and different languages spoken in the company

-My candidate experience was very bad: I was supposed to have a second interview, but they were not flexible in scheduling It and they ghosted me for some days. -it seems they don't how to handle properly a Recruiting process -No a good company to join and very unprofessional

the project leadership i was under was not good terrible micromanager as teamleader no career growth opportunities

Having been at Quadient for 6 years, I have notably progressed my career, with both a very supportive and empowering current manager, aswell as past manager. Quadient are an inclusive, value-led organisation who support flexible working and family life. The things that really make a difference when you spend your life at work.

Cons

Each company has their ups and downs, but I don't have anything notable to add.
