Pros

people work on cutting-edge technology.Leader in their field.Help the interns in basic requirements which helps them in adjusting in new city.Mentor and managers are very helpful.Interns can opt for their favorite team if they want to join as full time.

Cons

Sometimes there is no predefined project for the interns. So interns do not know what to work on for 3-4 weeks. The building which was appointed to me was very dark.No proper lightings.

Pros

The intern program is very well organized. They place interns across different US locations. I was placed in San Diego. Most teams have predecided projects for interns to work on. Apart from work, the recruiting organizes several intern events all throughout the summer. Such as Hackathons, Day at the Bay, Summit for Women Networking etc. Overall the internship experience was good.

Cons

- Very less interaction with coworkers - Work culture is a little laid back - Hardware industry like Qualcomm is too restrictive for growth of Software proffesionals
