      Pros

      Located in San Diego. That is the only pros I see.

      Cons

      Working in one of the team with very bad work culture.Work pressure all the year round with 12 hours per day.Have been in Qualcomm for more then 4 years and 6 years of experience in total. Struggling for promotion and they give a reason as tight budget cut.Work atmosphere is sullen.No recognition or awards for work . Insurance policy has gone worse.

      Pros

      Good Location with little working pressure. San Diego is a nice place to live, way much better than Bay. In addition, there is much less working pressure than the companies in Bay.

      Cons

      lower salary than Bay. Salary is typically 30k less than the ones in Bay. But the living cost is also much lower(2x).
