Pros

Pay is market rate, benefits are decent for a large company, the corporate culture varies widely depending on the division you are in.

Cons

Reduced the overall benefits package including reducing the medical benefits. Not the retention tool it once was. Some divisions demand very long hours including weekends and holidays. No longer the job security it once was.

Cons

Aggressive management, very short term oriented, very high work load and unrealistic expectations, poor work life balance, jobs constantly been transferred to China and India, remote IT and HR services, every 6-12 months people been moved to different buildings and cubicals.

Pros

As of a few years ago the company culture was collaborative, respectful, professional yet casual. The health benefits, bonuses, and the RSU grants were excellent.

Cons

The last few years the company culture has shifted to being more autocratic and new management in different areas has thrown the baby out with the bathwater when it comes to best practices and lessons learned. Some top level meetings are now chaotic and carried on in an unprofessional manner. Bonuses have been substantially reduced in the past two years, and the health benefits will be changing in 2016. There has been belt-tightening all around - including recent lay-offs.
