      Pros

      Lots of good benefits and incentives. Pay scale seems to be good in order to retain people.

      Cons

      Very hard to get information from other parts of the company. Very much a silo oriented company structure. Lots of politics get in the way of completing your work. Large layoffs in the last year have left employees uncertain.
