Cons

Stagnent organization. No opportunityies for promotion Forget about having a life while you work at Qualcomm CDMA. You are expected to work very late every day and on weekends too. Terrible communications from the leadership team. Terrible quality (both personal and technical) people in important positions Salaries are below average

Pros

Compensation is very good compared to other companies. Good benefits... Lot of chances to switch between divisions.

Cons

No work/life balance. Very long hours without any need. Lot of internal politics. Unnecessarily management takes a long time to allow engineers to switch between teams

Pros

- Trainings ( but you may not have time for them at all) - Good benefit - Job security - Good start for the fresh graduates

Cons

- No management support . You need to drive/figure out/push around solely by yourself. Management is doing nothing but taking credits. No 1on1 meeting from the direct manager for half a year. - Non-realistic deadlines - Long long hours. 60 hours per week is nothing, and you are not appreciated. You'd better working 24/7. - No life. You are supposed to be a machine, not a human being. - Does not have collaborative culture. - If your project lead is from another team, you are always the scapegoat for project being behind the schedule even if they were behind far before you joined in.
