Pros

-great benefits -there are some really good projects, if you can land one -I have worked with some people who are really fantastic, both personally and professionally. Very smart.

Cons

-there is a lot of pressure to work quickly due to someone else's bad planning. -easy to get overloaded with multiple projects -some projects are just soul killing -they have been cutting back on flexibility, like "no standing telecommute days" -I have come across some people who are "dead wood", that is, just not getting fired. -The Golden Handcuffs, meaning the benefits can be too good to leave, even though you want to

Good "HARD-WORKING" people Analyzing/Debugging skills will definitely improve working here Best in paying via Stocks(3 years vesting), primary reason for people staying back. Fire fighting skills(you would rather be a target support / stability engineer here, that way more visibility and more chances of growth) Make sure you join the right group/department on consulting friends about growth and management.

Everybody was willing to help you out if you have any problems. Very flat organization. you can talk to just about anyone on your floor without much trouble.
