      Pros

      Emphasis on innovation, excellent leadership, diverse set of projects to choose from and a very collaborative environment make working here blissful. In general, excellent quality of co-workers comprising of highly talented engineers led by strong, open and reliable senior management. Excellent work-life balance, flexible hours, 100% health care, lots of clubs which are Qualcomm sponsored and support outdoor activities like lunch time bike-rides, lunch-time soccer, basketball, football etc.

      Cons

      Switching teams is difficult. It gets harder to switch teams unless the current project slows down.
