      Pros

      Great benefits, very smart people, tons of training, consistently rated a top company to work for in the US.

      Cons

      Qualcomm continues to shed its business units not related to the chipset division. Omnitracs is one such example. The business was profitable and was the founding business unit of the company, yet it was sold off to a private equity firm, leaving hundreds of employees having to make the choice to move to Dallas with the new owner, or to find another place to work.
