      Pros

      Flexible work timings. Good place to work for Electrical engineer especially for telecommunication and wireless technologies which you get to learn Reputed company in the market Health insurance benefits are good.

      Cons

      -Career growth (promotion rate) in the company is slow and hence bit frustrating -Salaries lesser than other companies, eventhough workload is quite heavy - Not very good rewards.Rewards such as Stock options are not very attractive.. cash rewards are less i.e. Less bonuses or Merit raises. -Communication between manager & engineer

      1. Proudly display the badge at QCOM 2. After putting in years of life -- you might see some benefit. To be somebody from nobody -- it will take years.

      Cons

      1. Too much work pressure. If you want to life a long life, do not be here. 2. If you want early life diabetes, BP -- welcome to QCOM.

      Pros

      Qualcomm has a stable work environment, does not layoff people that much. The benefits package is pretty good, and it is in San Diego with very good weather.

      Cons

      It's very difficult to move up if you're not closer to upper management. Getting promoted, or career growth opportunities are very limited. Employees usually have a feeling of having to live with unfairness in their daily lives which sucks out the motivation to do good work. Morale is low.
