Great place to learn if you are in the right team

- Working on SoC and interacting with different technical teams - Good space for personal initiatives and innovation - Beautiful office and events - Multicultural environment

Cons

- Work not fairly balanced across the team members - Not great teams management (not referring to Senior management) - No market adjustment for current employees (only new employees) - Annual review mechanism quite independent from your annual performances
