- Above average compensation for the area - Exciting and challenging work - Tons of opportunities to learn and grow - Good health benefits

Cons

- "Very targeted" and played-down layoffs were the result of simply being the least performing, not necessarily being a poor performer - Seems to be large disconnect between upper management and direct manager - CEO had exceptional attitude about the company followed by job and revenue cuts a year later - Intense workload at times
