Good Heath Benefits, free and available charging of electrical car, free drinks, flexible working hours, multiple training programs, good severance package, discounts to shows and parks.

Cons

Aggressive management, very short term oriented, very high work load and unrealistic expectations, poor work life balance, jobs constantly been transferred to China and India, remote IT and HR services, every 6-12 months people been moved to different buildings and cubicals.

Pros

As of a few years ago the company culture was collaborative, respectful, professional yet casual. The health benefits, bonuses, and the RSU grants were excellent.

Cons

The last few years the company culture has shifted to being more autocratic and new management in different areas has thrown the baby out with the bathwater when it comes to best practices and lessons learned. Some top level meetings are now chaotic and carried on in an unprofessional manner. Bonuses have been substantially reduced in the past two years, and the health benefits will be changing in 2016. There has been belt-tightening all around - including recent lay-offs.

Pros

The benefits are amazing. Great healthcare paid in full by Qualcomm. They have a free health clinic and great cafeterias.

Cons

They are not doing well as competitors are taking the lead in the industry. They are experiencing major layoffs, which include employees who have been with the company 15+ years. Management is also a bit of a joke. Too many top-level leaders without enough worker bees. This results in major ego battles. At times the antics felt more like a high school feud than productive management expected from a leading technology company.
