Pros

I thought our team leaders were wonderful because they found creative ways to keep our team communicating often. We shared a sense of experiencing the same problems and frustrations in tech-support.

Cons

I thought they should invest in new systems for their call and tech-support teams. It took too long for Qualfon's Employee Knowledge Database to load web pages.

Pros

A pretty good Project manager, also a very good boss. I have learned to much in this year by working there.

Cons

Well the salary because i was paid little or no money, because of lack of projects.
