competitive salary, benefits (e.g. insurance, etc.) are okay

Cons

sometimes, too much workload per day. some TLs from other groups are unapproachable when asked for help. sometimes, unnecessary penalties during QA - e.g. customer saying 'thank you' multiple times in one session, you always have to reply with 'you're welcome'. if you miss replying even once to customer, you get deductions in QA score
