Pros

Remote, work from home position

Cons

An abnormally low pay of sixteen dollars per hour, considering the volume of calls and enormous workload you would be expected to perform. When cardholders verbally abuse associates, management does not intervene. The administration is uncooperative and does not communicate well. I did not feel supported or appreciated as an employee for this company.

Lack of Advancement and Poor Leadership Oversight

Pros

Too much time passes when reporting issues.

Cons

While Qualfon emphasizes career growth and internal mobility in its messaging, the reality for many employees feels very different. Advancement opportunities are scarce, and improvement programs are either inconsistent or poorly communicated. - Career Growth: Promotions and development pathways are unclear, with little transparency on how decisions are made. Employees often feel overlooked despite strong performance. - Leadership & Trust: Leadership has not demonstrated the respect or accountability needed to build trust. Decisions are made without clear communication, leaving teams uncertain about their future. - Communication: Job postings and opportunities are not consistently shared internally, creating frustration and a sense of exclusion. - Respect & Culture: Employees’ voices are acknowledged in words but rarely acted upon. This gap between stated values and lived experience erodes morale. Overall, the lack of advancement, poor communication, and weak leadership accountability make it difficult to feel valued or motivated. For Qualfon to truly live up to its mission, leadership must move beyond statements and provide proof of promotions, transparent career pathways, and genuine respect for employee contributions.
