When cardholders verbally abuse associates, management does not intervene. The administration is uncooperative and does not communicate well. I did not feel supported or appreciated as an employee for this company.

This gap between stated values and lived experience erodes morale. Overall, the lack of advancement, poor communication, and weak leadership accountability make it difficult to feel valued or motivated. For Qualfon to truly live up to its mission, leadership must move beyond statements and provide proof of promotions, transparent career pathways, and genuine respect for employee contributions.
