Great for first-time experience. This company is perfect for newcomers to the BPO field. The training they provide is top-notch, ensuring agents are well-prepared for their roles.

Cons

The salary is a bit low and there is too much demand. I had one bad supervisor, she was more focused on the metrics of her team rather than our well-being. Gave us mandatory overtime.
