Great employees who really care about performing and customer care

Cons

The Execs of this company, new and old have no clue as to how and make it work. The founders foundation is all false and misleading, internal reports show majority of employees feel the company and execs do not care about the employees or their well being.

The best reason why i choose Qualfon Philippines Inc. bcause it was the company that could satisfy my financial needs.

They hire undergraduates like me.

Cons

They do not have enough tissue paper now than before. The pays are not accurate. When we complain about the total staff time (hours), they always have the excuse saying that the time is determined in Mexico, or in other words, they rely & get their data from Mexico. What the hell does that mean? The worst is, they score us including our transfer rates wherein we do not have control on customers not reaching the correct department. They told us to transfer customers to a survey to lessen our transfer rate every time we transfer at least 15 customers to survey but they just add up to the transfer rate which affects our performance bonus. THEY ARE TOTALLY BOGUS.
