Pros

Work-from-home option available (although poorly executed in practice). Commission structure sounds promising at first, especially for sales-driven individuals. Some helpful coworkers who tried to support each other under difficult conditions.

Cons

Commission structure is unrealistic: Your entire monthly commission depends on a single QA-reviewed call. If you fail it, you lose all bonuses, regardless of your performance for the rest of the month. You’re judged on factors you can’t control: Whether or not you can “save” a customer (and earn commission) often depends on what the Customer Service department in the Philippines is willing to do (which is usually very little). Terrible technician service: Customers regularly complain about no-show, underqualified, or rude technicians, making it almost impossible to retain them. Misleading remote job. Managers are disengaged: Supervisors rarely respond, offer little guidance, and ignore escalation requests. Feedback is minimal or absent unless it's negative. You're often left completely alone: At times, you're the only agent in the retention queue, fielding angry customer after angry customer without help or relief FOR HOURS! Brand identity constantly changes: Internal program names change so frequently that even we didn’t know who we were working for. Customers were confused too.
