      The CEO of the company is the best, he takes care of every employee personally, He in person is the best person anybody could meet He is the only person in this company who is putting his 100% efforts for the employees

      Cons

      The management asks the employees to extend the shifts for 2 hours everyday, while joining it is not mentioned that you will have to extend the shifts everything is done unofficially, The management in India is taking advantage of the CEO in the USA

      Been in this organization for a year. Great Team to work with. The Management Team has been extremely helpful throughout my time in this company. Cordial Director and Managers who will sit close to you to assist you with your questions. Tremendous Scope for development. Week after week Technical Training on different Recruiting and IT abilities. Great organization to launch your profession in Recruitment.

      A few cons but the Management Team is constantly striving hard to overcome the issue and helping the employees.
