      Pros

      The client staff members were a very dedicated and hard working group.

      Cons

      The consulting testing management group from the Wausau, WI area were not managed well and very unprofessional to their main client Ministry Health Care. Many complaints (daily) of how the processes of testing the hospital and clinical systems were far from meeting milestones and goals. To this day the systems are out dated and not a recommended source of data warehousing.

      Very interesting work, our customers are in every possible industry and have many interesting applications for us to learn and test Other employees are smart and fun to work with Very dynamic place with new things everyday

      Cons

      High degree of change can be challenging at times but there is a great learning opportunity. Management is pretty demanding but also will consider input from anyone in the company.

      Pros

      Easy work even though management tries to complicate simple task.

      Cons

      Micromanagement everywhere. Low pay because they are trying to grow their company. Communication failures from management. They treat you like children by making up fake awards and taking your picture. Annoying uneducated "senior engineers".
