      Pros

      great company on the leading edge of testing.

      Cons

      area of jobs is very limited. need to do more to help employee's that dont work near the main headquarters location find more work. additional sales people need to be hired to expand the company to other locations.

QualiTest is growing rapidly, thanks to the hard work of our awesome testers, therefore we need more sales people. In fact, one of our goals for 2016 is to hire three more sales managers! We also believe in promotions from inside, as you mentioned- we give our employees the opportunity to relocate all around the country and be exposed to multiple technologies.       Flexible work but lacks job security and movement

      Pros

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
