Pros

Responsibilities are given at very early stage.

Cons

1. They completely rely upon open source softwares. They don’t even provide Microsoft Office for daily tasks and give open source software and expect it to be better than the licensed tools. In case you need any licensed tools, you literally have to beg for it and get thousands of approvals. 2. Pay is very less as compared to other service-based companies with absolutely zero perks. We used to get 8k in hand initially which doesn’t even suffice for 3 times meals. Lot of deductions in the salary which makes in-hand salary to be very less. 3. They really need to revisit their Team Lead’s job description because some leads think that just forwarding emails is their only task. Team leads don’t have any technical or business knowledge of the project apart from forwarding emails and expect team members to complete the tasks within no time without having proper effort estimation. 4. Pathetic projects. They get the projects which are rejected by other companies with less billing. Since the quality of the projects is poor, resources tend to be less skilled. Working on these projects do not add anything to your skill set and the growth shrinks which affects your profile building and job switch as well. 5. They do not provide any allowances to the people working out of clients’ offices. In case you ask for it, they give random irrelevant justifications and you lose all the interest. The people working out of clients’ offices feel isolated due to less to zero interaction. 6. They don’t have any process in place. Just to check your available leaves balance you have to send mail to HR and follow up for several months. Lot of manual intervention in all day to day activities. However, they inflict on automation in everything when it comes to projects just to impress the clients without even knowing the definition of automation. 7. Recently they have launched LMS which is forcefully developed by the people who are on bench or have no work. The content which is put in in that by these unwilling and disinterested people is as good as blank slides. 8. They hire the managers who are either fired by their previous company or don’t have any option other than joining this company and ready to work with very less pay. This leads to poor handling of the project and in turn affects the project and the people who work at the ground level. 9. Lot of regional bias. HRs themselves communicate in regional languages. Most of the people are relatives or belong to the same town/city of the middle management. These people get good hike irrespective of the work they do and relatively better projects. There is absolutely zero scope for the talented, skilled and hardworking people. 10. Professionalism, manners, and etiquette cannot be seen here at this organization which claims to be #1 in independent testing. HR (so called People & Talent) team is useless and everybody knows they are there just for the name sake and do not at all involved in any decision-making process. 11. Last but not the least, how dare you resign from this company? You resign and they will make your lives miserable. You will be burdened with over work and forced to work till the last minute of your release. Some immature leads/managers even stop talking to you once you put down the papers.

Pros

Worked for more than 3 years. After thinking for 30 minutes came up with one - Irrespective of your work experience, you will be working directly with the client. *Honestly nothing else*

Cons

1. Salary is very very low for freshers as well as experienced people. They can change your salary at any point of time. 2. You will have to literally beg for hike. If not then don’t expect any increment. 3. Micro management to extreme level. This is for the obvious reason, the managers aren’t experienced enough. 4. Company expects/forces you to leave after completing 2 years. You would stay there only if you don’t have self respect. 5. This company is managed by freshers only, you will find 15% experienced people on the floor. 6. No training on new/old technology and nobody talks about innovation. 7. No performance measure and you will struggle when your hike time comes. Other managers may give your performance review with whom you’ve never worked. 8. No on-site. Till now only 3 people got it 🤣 9. There isn’t any fixed timing for any of the projects. This means be ready to sacrifice your personal life. Irrespective of the work, you will have to stay for 9 hours in the office. Expect a salary deduction if you don’t complete 9 hours. 10. People those who join here, the very next day they start talking about leaving the company. 11. Apart from salary there is no other benefits. 12. Worst IT Team, be ready to work on your issues on your own. IT team doesn’t know anything. 13. None of the employees are happy with the company. They are here because they don’t have any other choice or they’re not motivated. 14. Please don’t be fooled by the 5* ratings on Glassdoor by employees. Management forces people to rate 5* before leaving or else face trouble to collect the necessary documents. Actually, few of the reviews are given by HR. 15. Recently all the senior management Quit because they themselves couldn’t bare the torture. 16. No transport facility. For 2 projects it is allowed (Ola/uber and reimburse after a month) only after 9:30 pm. No reimbursement for 9:29 pm booking. Can’t even go out from your designated place for any kind of break. 17. In this digital era company is still working manually. Everything happens over email. No tool to manage leaves, resignation, performance. I can write many more but feel like wasting my time for this company. But this review should be helpful for you guys. Please save yourself from all these and don’t join this company.
