Pros

Good for entry level position

Cons

No management No good projects No facilities No salary No good hikes All depends on company's managing director No performance checkup Worst experience No on-site opportunity to after getting H1 Visa If someone doesn't have domain knowledge in any field, still they are providing position in company and showcasing to clients Company doesn't take care of employees Company only wants revenue Now days I am seeing company is advertising more to attract client but the reality is they doesn't have anything on board No proper testing tools, no guidelines to follow Worst than any other typical start-up based culture "Please do not join this company, they will spoil your career in good amount"

Cons

*Communication with HR can be difficult especially since HR is often based far from the client's site *Can be isolating and disorganised, but that is dependent on the client *Client needs are placed before the employee's *High turnover of staff

Pros

Copious amounts of time between projects provide a great opportunity to advance whatever professional skills your're interested in. A large variety of training modules & certifications are provided provided to help you do so but you are given the freedom to work on whatever you like. Additionally, you'll be working closely with big-name companies so there's opportunity to develop some professional contacts which can help you move forward if Qualitest isn't for you. Greensboro Office: The people here are all incredibly friendly and the management style is very laid back.

Cons

- low pay - minimal social interaction
