Negotiate your starting salary to where you want it or it won't make sense to stay long term -Day-to-day can be boring -HR is awful -Job title in offer letter is misleading...Responsibilities of the job are quite varied.

- Experience will vary greatly by assignment - Management tends to roll over to the demands of clients, even if they are unreasonable - Learning potential is limited if doing Manual QA - Pay is below average - Job stability isn't good - Management not very transparent about the status of project / seems to care more about quantity of hires than quality or morale of existing project team members They will claim you work for QT first, but what this company says and what it does are two very different things
