      Pros

      Office culture is awesome and fun with pool tables, ping pong, video games, and more. There are also fun tournaments that take place here and there. Great co-workers. Free snacks and drinks. Office events 1-2 times per month to engage with others in the office and just have some fun. Company is growing very quickly which leaves lots of room for growth. Managers have an open door policy and are always willing to take feedback.

      Cons

      Some cross-functional teams functional differently or want to do things their way instead of the company way.

      Flexible schedule. Comfortable environment to work in, you get to wear whatever you want. They have pool and ping pong tournaments and things like that to enjoy your break time.

      Has a few growing pains as does any strong growing organization.
