      Pros

      My fellow co-workers, the perks (snacks available, employee activities, free lunches) and the work environment are all awesome!

      Cons

      There seems to be a lot of miscommunication but that's with any group of people so I don't think it's out of the ordinary especially working with people in different times zones.
