      Pros

      Freshers have unlimited access to all the technology used in QT. Better exposure to new and existing technologies than any other company. Good Management.

      Cons

      Salary is moderate, once you gain experience. I hope it happens in Banglore branch only!

      Pros

      Will hire you even if you don't have a degree; Pay is decent; Great for getting your foot in the door of the industry.

      Cons

      If you are contracted to work at a client site, you become essentially a second-class employee to Qualitest and get 0 engagement from the company beyond them signing your paycheck and your once-a-year performance evaluation.
