      Pros

      There are not many pros as such.

      Cons

      Not many benefits. Offered salary is much lesser than what the other companies offer. When requesting a concern about the discomfort at their client's place, they show no action to create a safe place for their employees. They hear you out but do not do anything to overcome the discomfort.

      Pros

      Trust and flexibility from the executive leadership team, I am entrusted to deliver and make decisions, if things do not go to plan the support is there. This allows us all to grow and contribute to the overall vision. This is also reflected in the transparency from exec leadership on how we are navigating through this crisis period and exactly where we stand.

      Cons

      Not enough support with the reporting and resource time tracking activities. We are trying to be focused on ensuring we grow and deliver value to clients but a lot of time is required to be spent making changes in the many reports and time tracking entries. This is a distraction and needs to improve.

      Great Learning Platform and well defined Career path

      Cons

      The sales team is weak on finding new opportunities, thus if you are in the bench for a few weeks you are in high risk of being ejected.

Unfortunately COVID19 has resulted in many companies having to make tough decisions, us included. As we work through these changes we will be looking to bring those affected back.
