      Always growing company, lots of good people in the ranks. Ample opportunities for aspiring testers and team leaders.

      Cons

      Weak backbone. No strategic direction in the Israeli region. No opportunities on higher management levels.

As you mentioned, we are a growing company and have provided the opportunities for not only the testers but for managers to train as well. The recent implementation of career paths can be a big help to the opportunities for management. Everyone will receive a career path in every department and have the opportunity to participate in training's such as the management training to provide managers with management tools as well.
