Cons

All they do is testing and QA. Management can be demanding at times. The hours reporting system is a drag

Thank you for the great review! I am so glad that you are having a positive experience at QualiTest! We value our employees above all - therefore, we work hard to make sure that they are satisfied and engaged through career development, performance management, recognition, and more. Software testing/QA is all that we do - but this means that you will be trained to become to best tester in the world and given opportunities to work with all types of test environments, systems, and clients in the industry. Thanks again for the great review and the suggestions for improvement!

Unnecessary Project Work

Pros

The client staff members were a very dedicated and hard working group.

Cons

The consulting testing management group from the Wausau, WI area were not managed well and very unprofessional to their main client Ministry Health Care. Many complaints (daily) of how the processes of testing the hospital and clinical systems were far from meeting milestones and goals. To this day the systems are out dated and not a recommended source of data warehousing.

Work hard BUT not to Hard

Pros

depends what location you are in. - Fairfield, CT (beware of CEO) NJ - They will run you through hoops over and over and still tell you, "no you're not good enough" San Diego - They play hard and work hard ONLY for their office TX - Small and Growing - no one speaks up for themselves due to fear of being punished or fired

Cons

Promotion within is a lie - Full-Time jobs aren't "exactly" full-time. (when a project ends, your job ends) Low Salary (they will be as cheap as possible but try to sell the opportunity of "learning") Politics are HUGE in this company - favorites are treated well - seniority gets what they want - management micromanages and does not allow you to think for yourself - no learning curves, challenges, or your ideas will be taken into consideration (they want to mold you into a QualiTest Robot)
