Pros
I have been working at Qualitest since last summer and there are a lot of things that I appreciate about this company:
- The company is growing and new positions keep opening
- It is a good place to learn and develop your skills by learning on the qttechacademy platform on Udemy that is at our disposal for any course that we may want to take or by simply asking for advice and guidance from our management and colleagues.
- My direct manager has always been supportive and helpful with providing insight, helping with new technologies that I didn’t know about and guiding me in new projects
- Both the Delivery Manager and the VP of Business Management and Operations care about the people working here, they have an “open door” policy, they are willing to listen to us and help with anything we need. They are fun people to be around with, always lift up the mood and most of all they are people that you can learn a lot from.
- During the Covid quarantine we had a lot of support from the company, efforts were made to preserve as many positions as possible as well as to assure projects for us to work on and we were given the WFH benefit. During this period we had Global Communications, Townhalls, activities from the P&T team to keep us united and interacting, articles on how to manage our mental health during these trying times and many more.
- Most of my colleagues are quality-driven, hardworking and fun people that are willing to help you integrate and learn.
- We have coffee, tea, sweets, fruits at the office every day at our disposal and a free lunch once a week offered by the company.
- The office is always clean
- We have a medical subscription to a private clinic
- Awesome parties and team buildings
- Fussball and PS4 in the game area
Cons
- Remote/Work from home(outside the Covid situation) is possible rarely, just in extreme cases when you have to justify the need to work that day from home.
- Salaries are not very high (at least for people that have under 1 year in the company).
