Thank you for your honest opinions. We are sorry that your experience in QualiTest India has not been good so far. We are building QualiTest India steadily over the years and your feedback is very much appreciated. We would love for all our Employees to grow into great testers and leaders, starting right from the Freshers who are provided with the best of the Trainings from day one.
QualiTest believes in individual performances which is taken into consideration for salary review every year. The inputs come from the 121 Process based on the QualiTest Happiness Model. These 121 discussions aim for not only the performance, learning, and career growth plans, but also for your happiness as a whole which in turn gives us the opportunity to make QualiTest Family a happier family. Projects with direct interaction with our clients in different countries require you to work on a different timing. We understand the importance of Work-Life Balance and an Employee's consent is taken before placing him/her into such projects. Nevertheless, our Employee's safety is our first priority, therefore, Employees can take cabs at night and get it reimbursed by QualiTest India the next day.
