10yThank you for your feedback. Salary increases are purely based on performance. Every year, both you and your supervisor are given the chance to evaluate your performance. You are eligible for a raise based on the results of the performance review. Thanks again for your input, we are constantly striving to improve.

10yThank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. In the past year, we have been very focused on offering professional development solutions to employees. For example, we have started a meetup and conference initiative that gives employees the opportunity to meet fellow testers, learn more about topics within industry, and gain insight into the future of the industry.
We are also working hard to remaster our Learning Management System.
