      Pros

      Stable job and impossible to be let go

      Cons

      HR was unprofessional when I quit after 2 years. At the exit interview, they asked uncomfortable questions and tried to invade my privacy. They even gave my next employee the runaround when my next employee was trying to verify my employment. I left the company because there was no room to grow and projects were not challenging.

      Pros

      Easy work, hours are flexible. The work here is manual testing. It is very simple.

      Cons

      The work was easy. What was hard to deal with was incompetent leadership. Low standards and low pay. Many of the managers were untrained. I constantly dealt with people that were too new to know what they were doing. People were hired based on their relationship with management. Unprofessional HR. HR made a lot of mistakes when I was working here. Most of the time it was issues related to holidays and time off.

      Pros

      You don't actually have to do anything right. As long as you appear like you are trying that is satisfactory for management.

      Cons

      Very poor senior management. Medical and Dental benefits are terrible. This company always asks for employee inputs but they never listen. This company tries very hard to be like other companies but just end up failing.
