      1. Meta and MS project access. 2. Good HR and management. 3. Severance pay (worth of 2 weeks) after 1 year of experience. 4. Overtime 5. 401K 6. Payed sick days (up to 8 per year) 7. They can re-hire you if they need a new specialist and have you in mind

      Cons

      1. Minimal wage. 2. Terrible insurance. 3. No bonuses 4. No WFH opportunity 5. Clock in and clock out
