      Good hours of operation and located in Fairport, nice area. Qualitrol sells a good product.

      Cons

      Big number of Management turnover. Lack of training, temps training temps. Lack of qualified people. Big turnover in HR personal in the past 10 years. Small service department causing continuous production issues with machine downtime. Unrealistic tack times driven by a team of managers that don't listen to the operators. Company surveys do nothing for operations and biggest con is lack of good leadership.
