It is a good place to work for, the company gives good opportunities for additional training and the more you're trained up the more you can get an additional pay rise.

Cons

Nothing to be honest, it's hard to get a company like this one.

The teams at Qualitrol really care about each other and work well together. I feel very supported in my career and about my general well-being. Additionally, the flexibility to work from home as I need to has been really helpful. Global Cross-functional teams, gives me experience with multiple cultures, and a large portfolio of products.

Cons

Resource constraints are an issue and can be prohibitive towards timelines
