Dispatches tell you lies to get you out on loads. Treats company driver like your an leasing owner operator but your beholden to their demands

Weekly pay, home daily, not much else

Cons

You will be taken advantage of if you do not speak up, its pay per load so if dispatcher does not like you then you will not make any money...they do not pay very well either..oh and its a dirty job...
