I'm sure there good people somewhere in this company but I will tell you that you should not trust any pay agreement they tell you. Will try to okey dokey you.. bonuses are legit..

Pros

The work atmosphere is enjoyable. I have a fantastic working relationship with my co-workers. We all get along great (for the most part). I actually enjoy coming to work for the first time in a long time.

Cons

The Pay...honestly, the work we do, we should be getting paid much more. We have a tremendous amount of responsibility, with a vast amount of knowledge to maintain...much of which is changing all the time.
