      Great people, but...

      Pros

      Amazing people and management. I never dread coming to work and I really love what I do.

      Cons

      Unfortunately pay is not great, even at the management level is way lower than industry standards these days. Benefits are ok, but not great and health insurance is very expensive. I need 2nd job just to cover basic bills even as a manager. Annual pay increase of 2% for everyone is just ridiculous.

      Pros

      Good company, good environment, learning opportunities, independence.

      Cons

      Salary is not up to expectations. Half of the salary goes towards diesel. Left with almost nothing.
