-Majority co-workers were pleasant, experienced and exhibited quality hospitality despite being underpaid and undervalued. -Employee discount for rooms -Random free donations from items that didn't sell

Cons

Management suffers from poor supervision and communication. Long history of not taking feedback well and neglecting employees growth through company. Lacks empathy by undervaluing safety, compensation and proper training.

Pros

None unless you are from India and even then none really

Cons

The pay is unfair. The property Manager Ashish will not pay you overtime even though he is required to by law. Any overtime you work is straight pay no time and a half no vacation pay even though it is clearly stated in the employee handbook.
