Pros

owner of the hotel is very good and has a wonderful ethic

Cons

They judge you and determine who works there by who you know and not by your talent. Won't give anyone a chance and management likes to drink with customers in the restaurant. Owner says hello to the ones who have beneficial power and has no care for the employees.
