Very laid back other people at the desk are pleasant to work with

Manager does not know how to keep things professional, does not pay more than $9.00 an hour, even with experience, manager expects front desk to do head housekeeping, breakfast, maintenance, laundry, and front desk during your shift, no benefits, you do not feel appreciated after having 45 reservations in a 55 room hotel and nothing is shown to thank you or to appreciate your hard work. they change your hours. I was hired as full time but am only working 24 hours a week,

The choice advantage system is a very user friendly system. Choice Hotels offers discounted rates for employees and their family & friends when traveling. They also have an incentive program for enrolling new members so you can earn points for each guest you enroll.

Pros

free breakfast and free coffee , get to take home stuff people leave like shampoos and soda and what not they don't care for ,not far from where i live

Cons

treat people differently, some girls get tips like 20$ everyday an i get rooms where they never tip they never change would make sense if each person working got different rooms , i never get breaks , never sit down only time i do is when i go to the bathroom ,they want each room done in 20 min which is ridiculous, and the coworkers steal tips , i currently work here but probably not for long
